This program is designed to prepare individuals for a career in the field of environmental services and will cover a range of topics in cleaning management, waste management and sustainability practices. Students will learn about the relevant environmental standards, outcome-based contracting for environmental services, the application of robotics and automation to cleaning as well as gain an understanding of recycling, renewable energy and conducting energy audits.
In addition to technical skills, students will also develop important managerial skills in customer management, workplace safety and the use of IOT dashboards to monitor cleaning performance.
