This comprehensive approach includes tiered training programmes and an expanded range of skills training offered in the community for supervisees.
Aligned with SkillsFuture Singapore’s Skills Framework, YRSG provides technical skill competency courses that can aid in obtaining higher and nationally recognised certifications. These programmes aim to support long-term upskilling and career development and are designed to prepare learners for more advanced roles in the workforce. To complement these, we also offer shorter, in-demand courses that boost the overall competencies of our learners, ensuring they remain competitive in the job market.
